RedPrairie WMS SME/Implementation Analyst

Our client is looking for a subject matter expert (SME) in support of their RedPrairie WMS logistics and warehousing software for an upcoming project.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend technology to improve the current system and operations
• RedPrairie WMS subject matter expert (SME) with basic knowledge of other disciplines/specialty areas (Oracle/JDA Software)
• Integrate industry experience and professional/technical knowledge
• Solve unique problems through evaluative judgment/precedent
• Independently apply sophisticated analysis in evaluating issues
• Recognize/pursue alternative methods
• Exercise latitude in determining objectives/approaches to issues resolution
• Lead multiple small to medium sized projects and technical breadth

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree/technical college diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a functional/software SME with RedPrairie
• 3-5 years of software implementation experience
• Experience with Java and Java related technologies beneficial
• Strong SQL skills an asset
• Experience in third party logistics services – shipping, warehousing and distribution is an asset
• Hands-on experience in disciplines such as supply chain and finance an asset

This is a 6 month contract role located in Mississauga, ON or Montreal, QC
